*Takes in consideration that delays to flights from or to your point of origin do occur whether the cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, re-scheduling by the airline carrier , airport authority action or by air traffic controllers, industrial action or mechanical breakdown. Your luggage can also be lost, stolen or delayed by the airline carriers. We will do our best to ensure that these situations do not affect your holiday too greatly but you should check that these situations are covered within your insurance policy. Also to put in consideration luggage allowance is subject to airline conditions and can change at the last minute in accordance with aviation security. Please check the airlines website prior to travel for up-to-date allowances and restrictions. This may mean that the luggage allowance stated on your printed ticket may have changed. Also put in consideration your personal belongings are your responsibility during your holiday with us. We are unable to accept liability for any accident, loss or damage to your property but will assist you, where possible, in supplying supporting evidence to authorities or for any claim that you make though to your travel insurance provider that you will report the incident to. We never had a problem with that issue and usually when lost stuff reported immediately to our representatives in the trip, they advice the client to set and focus where last time could be possible seen it and after search, it ends usually to be found and it's the client just forgotten where he/she kept it. As all our representatives and providers are carefully selected and trust worthy personals and some of our trips provides safe box with password of your choice. If you leave any personal property in your trip and would like us to assist you in retrieving it, there are no charges will be applicable if it in Hurghada , Out of Hurghada retrieving charge for small items till 2 kg is 50 $ . Above 2 kg and 50x40 cm size measurement , Till 25kg and 70x45 cm maximum size measurements are charged 100 U.S $ . Can also be stored safe for you for your next arrival in Hurghada in our property for free or will charge you for shipping costs if you want shipping it to you, price will be evaluated at the spot for your delivery destination

*Awesome Alcohol user; who should avoid drinking Alcohol prior to sunbathing, diving or swimming or participating in any other activities. As it causes dehydration and increases the chances of a fatal accident. Never drink if hiring a car or if operating machinery at any time and never dive under the influence of alcohol as it's prohibited by law as well and can lead to the cancellation of your participation in the activity you contracted. Drunken behavior in accommodation or on an airplane, Liveaboard etc may result in disciplinary action being taken against you by the relevant authorities. In the result of inappropriate behavior caused as a result of alcohol consumption or non-prescription drug use. If our representatives found that you can be endangering any other member (s) in the trip you are involve in. we will have no further responsibility for you, and at our discretion, we may terminate our contract with you and our representatives are given the green light from the company to control the situation and contacting us or the closest Governmental authority near them to take actions against you …

*Obedience to Safety and Local Standards; Safety standards vary throughout the world and are often regrettably can be not to your country standards of safety. Therefore the standards of fire safety, emergency procedures, hygiene etc. may not meet your expectations. We make every effort to ensure that health and safety standards are adequate and meet international and local laws and regulations. However, we can accept no liability if they fall short of your expected regulations or your country standard of safety regulations. However; we never had a problem with this issue because our Awesome Red Sea representatives or suppliers will brief to you the safety standards and the procedures to be taken in the start of your trip. And we always wish and expect that you follow there guidance for the assurance of your complete safety…

*The Awesome diver who issue's an appropriate insurance that full covers his diving activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to dive and will be required to fill and sign out a liability release and medical questionnaire before starting the activities with us. We recommend that you undertake a diving medical test on annual basis with a recognized medical firm. When undertaking a diving activity /course with Awesome Red Sea the local laws and regulations governing diving form a part of the contract and must be observed and respected, as example; maximum diving depth limits. Scuba Diving is not recommended 24 hours prior to any flight. When choosing a diving service from Awesome Red Sea it is entirely up to you to make sure that diving is suitable for you before your departure. We can not issue any refunds if you decide not to participate in any diving activities or prohibited by the guides from diving specific dive that doesn't meet your level of certification or experience. Please Note; Some destinations or Liveaboard itineraries require a minimum level of qualification and / or diving experience. These requirements are indicated on Destinations on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your diving experience and / or qualification meet these requirements. If on arrival you are deemed not to have the level of experience and / or qualification required for the trip booked, you will not be able to participate in the diving activities advertised. If this is the case, Awesome Red Sea or any of Awesome Red Sea suppliers will not have any liability for any missed diving or costs paid for the holiday. Your logbook is the best true representation of your diving experience (indicates number of dives completed and dates). In all our entire trips for diving, a 100% Oxygen tank, medical kit and EFR personal Are on board/Guides always provided with closest decompression chamber contact details , However ; Must put in consideration that some destinations can be as far as 10 hours away from the deco chamber , which usually the destinations that requires to be advance open water with logged dives and good management of bouncy and consumption . Also putting in consideration all safety measures briefed by guides are the best way to have a safe trip and can lead to receive in some trips the Awesome Diver badge with a gift bag !

*The Awesome swimmer and snorkeler; Swimming away of the beached areas or the reef can be very dangerous as there may be strong and unpredictable undercurrents or a boat passing by and not seeing you. Please ensure that you are fit to swim a specific distance before you start and you will be required to fill and sign out a liability release before starting the activities with us. We recommend that you only swim in recommended beach areas or near the reef , away from rocky outcrops and always swimming near the reef in boat trips and avoid swimming away from reef. Familiarize yourself with local flag warning systems and seek local knowledge prior to entering the water. Children should be supervised at all times. It is recommended that no person should swim under the influence of alcohol or in low visibility conditions or where the conditions prove to be hazardous or dangerous. We accept no liability to you in this situation, or any swimming, bathing activity carried out without proper regard for safety or the acknowledgment of your guide if He/she briefed in the start of your trip that you have to acknowledge them before entering the water in specific destinations, so they can keep an eye on you in case you needs help. Also keep in mind that there are some destinations as example; Brothers Islands or Daedalus reef or St.Johns are prohibited by law to swim or snorkel…

*Insure Emergency and Safety standards measures; please observe all fire and emergency safety regulations and notices, ensuring that you are aware of any action you need to take in the event of an emergency situation. Always observe all the fire exits from your accommodation and familiarize yourself with the correct evacuation procedures that will be described to you by our Awesome Red Sea Representatives …

*The Awesome Excursion participator ; Please insure that you follow all the instructions of using any machinery or equipment or creature (Animal) that assigned for your activity and following the guides, instructor's briefings and guidance. Any damage that could happen because of miss using any of the written above excursions materials, you carry the full responsibility of paying off the damage caused by you. You will be asked to fill and sign a liability release before participating in any of our excursions right before participation, Failed to do so, can result of termination of your contracted activities with us and there will be no refund …

*The Awesome student; Please insure to study your course material in time as possible and to be always in time for your classes and to follow all standards given by the instructor and the organization that he/she license to teach with. Please insure you pass all your tests in the exact period of your course or you may be charged extra fee's for extending your course period because of delay caused by you. In addition; please note that Awesome Red Sea have no obligation for you, if delay caused by you in finishing the course in the contracted period with you. Any course cancellation before the course start date will apply on it same cancellation fee's as stated in Payment and cancellation policy

All students must fill out the required PADI medical form and if any of the conditions specified in the Medical Questionnaire apply to you, you must get a dive medical permission signed by a doctor and bring it with you. If the failure to provide satisfactory diving qualifications or medical certificates results in a delay for starting the course, there may be a charge equivalent to that day of the course missed. If it results in a cancellation of the course, there is no refund and the course is charged in full.

*The Awesome future mom! All females who are over 28 weeks pregnant must have a valid medical fitness certificate prior to travel. Once 32 weeks of pregnancy has passed, it is no longer acceptable to travel by air. If you or a member of your party is pregnant always seek doctor's advice on whether such activities you participating in are safe. If your Doctor advises against participating in such activities, then we accept no liability for you throughout the trip. This also applies to any person whose doctor's advice's against participating in one of our activities provided. Please be advised that it's important in this case of carrying a good insurance policy for your trip or for your activities. You will be asked to sign a medical and liability release. You must have a doctor approval document to participate in some of our trips or activities if you know of pregnancy. And Awesome Red Sea carries no liability whatsoever for any damage could happen because you're neglecting to follow our standards written above in this section …

*The Awesome Parents : Keeps an eye on there Awesome Children when traveling ;Children under 18 years of age must not be left unsupervised on-board or in the water or during any activity . Parents and Guardians are responsible for the supervision of children under 18 years of age. One parent/guardian must supervise children during dives. This may mean that parents are not able to dive together. Guests are advised to not bring children under the age of 12 on a Liveaboard safari to marine parks due to the environment and the nature of the route. You can always ask the AwesomeSupportTeam of the possibilities for the exact trip you booking.

*Expecting of things could happen in your Liveaboard trip; As Noise can be a bugger at some times, Due to the nature of staying on a Liveaboard vessel, a certain degree of noise should be expected. Many Liveaboard vessels are built using wood which by nature is subject to movement and creaking noises which may at times be heard in some areas on board. As a Liveaboard vessel will spend the majority of a safari trip at sea, water noise may also be heard from cabins. Some itineraries may include long crossings which may take place overnight so as not to limit the amount of diving that can take place during the day. Guests will be informed before an overnight sailing takes place but engine noise should be expected during any times when the boat is moving and generator noise might be heard as well during standing time. We recommend that you buy ear plugs before your trip if you face a big issue with tiny bit of noise …

*Awesome Day Trips Booker; Please make sure to be in time for your pick up location , if you show up later than the agreed time you will need to make your own arrangements to meet the dive boat. Please understand that in the interest of other customers, we cannot delay the boat departure time. The cost of your missed trip cannot be refunded. You are responsible for any costs incurred. All bookings carry same cancellation policy of our company and if you cancel within 30 days of the start time of your trip you will pay a 100% cancellation fees. No show NO REFUND

*Awesome treatment to our Representatives; We expect and wish from our awesome clients to treat our awesome representatives with respect, friendly and positive attitude as in return our representatives are professional and carefully selected, fully trained and are on duty at different times throughout your stay to offer advice and assist you with making your stay more enjoyable. Liveaboard motor yacht guests or expeditions will be provided with a dive guide or expedition leader. Where in most circumstances will be our representative especially in full charter or group booking or one of our organized special trips. In some instances a representative may not be available at the spot, as example; self cater apartments. In this instance our ground agents will act as our representatives. And you must acknowledge us by writing or calling to report any incidents that might happen or for any complains …

*Awesome Client using water; please exercise conservative measures with your water usage if advised by guides in specific trips, especially remote deserted areas , As for washing purposes water can be limited but not limited for drinking . In all our trips advisable to drink from bottled water or from water cooler machines that are provided by us, not from tap water . And that's if it includes the trip description. if NOT ; buying your own bottles from super market if as example you booked a self cater apartment …

 Hot Water; is available in most of our trips, however; some facilities use solar heating for the provision of hot water supply. Or in a remote dessert trip or camping in the dessert , In light of this ; you must be prepared to use tepid water during times of low sunlight or high seasons due to the increased demand or also during dessert camping or in case of machinery dysfunction we are not entitled to pay any compensation .

*When ordering Extra Beds for one room; when room with more then 2 beds (triple room) expects that any additional beds, it could be of smaller size or even 'Sofa bed' style.

*When awesome client complains; He/She have a legal obligation to notify us immediately if you have any complaints during the duration of your holiday, you should report them directly to our representative, which would usually lead to the complaint being resolved. If however, you are still not satisfied because the complaint hasn't been satisfactorily resolved, then please follow it up with an e-mail to us within 14 days of returning from your holiday. Failure to notify us as soon as possible that gives us the opportunity to rectify any problem may extinguish or limit any claim you may make…
